Located on the west side of The Landing complex on the main level, The Blue Heron offers exceptional food, personable service, and a great view of Current River. Our full service menu offers a great variety of steaks, and a broad variety of specialty entrees including Crusted Orange Roughy, Hill Country Catfish, Chicken Spinach Stuffed Pasta, and several chicken and shrimp specialties. We offer a number of great appetizers including our version of the fried onion blossom, the Current River Rootwad.

Bobby King, with 25 years of experience in fine restaurants, is known far and wide for his mouth watering steaks. If you know someone that has been treated to one of Bobby's steaks, we are sure they will give you a great testimonial. Many of the great Blue Heron menu items were created by Bobby and are his own original recipes. Be sure to save room for Bobby's daily homemade pies created from the recipes of Grandmother Alice Short, one of the original cooks at old Historic Rose Cliff Hotel.
